Recently, the first set of recyclable thermosetting resin blade TMT82 independently developed by CRRC Times New Materials was shipped in Sheyang factory, which not only fills the technical gap in the recycling of decommissioned blades in China's wind power industry, but also provides new solutions for the green development of wind power equipment.
TMT82 blade shape is developed by the Time New Material wind power technical team, and adopts the recyclable resin solution of upweft new material. In order to break through the technical bottleneck, the development team of Times New Material wind power blade materials and Shangwei New material technicians carried out a lot of technical verification work, and carried out a number of strict verification of the experimental blade.
Due to the irreversibility of the cross-linked chemical structure of traditional leaves, it is difficult to degrade naturally and cannot be dissolved. TMT82 leaf shape innovatively adopts reversible chemical bond resin system to achieve efficient separation of "resin-fiber" through directional chemical depolymerization technology while maintaining the mechanical properties of traditional epoxy resin, so as to achieve the purpose of leaf material recovery.
At present, Times New Material has the mass production capacity of recyclable blades. After the decommissioned blade is cut to the appropriate size, the resin depolymerization can be completed under mild conditions. The recycled recycled resin can be directly used in the manufacture of hand paste resin, epoxy floor and other products, and the strength retention rate of glass fiber is as high as 85%, which can be widely used in glass fiber felt, anti-cracking mortar and other fields. Compared to traditional leaf waste disposal (burial/incineration), the life cycle carbon footprint of recyclable leaves can be reduced by more than 26%.
With the successful delivery of TMT82 blade type, China's wind power industry decommissioned blade recycling technology has also taken an important step forward. This landmark blade is leading wind power equipment towards a greener and more sustainable future.
