If the US International Trade Commission determines that the imports of the products involved pose a material injury or threat of material injury to the US domestic industry, the US Department of Commerce will continue to investigate the case and is expected to make a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on June 13, 2025, and a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on August 27, 2025.
